An initial meeting will be held with one of our interior designers so you can discuss your expectations, inspirations, design objectives, and budget with respect to your project.
Concept
Over the next few weeks, we will measure the premises and prepare concepts through drawings and sketches, selecting the particular finishes and materials.
Furniture Plans
Our Interior Design Team will then reinterpret your existing space with new furniture plans that better reflect your current style and perspective.
Furniture Design and Selections
Once the plans are in place, concept is brought to life. We select the pieces of furniture that fit seamlessly into our design and your vision.
Scope of Work and Furniture Specifications
A clear scope of work is detailed that includes the furniture to be integrated and its specifications including, material, size, colour and finish.
Client Presentation
Your designer will schedule a Client Presentation where we will reveal the final vision, scope of work and furniture specifications.
Estimate
After expense is accounted for, your designer will provide you with an estimate on how much the project will cost, ensuring it falls within your desired range.
Fixed Price Agreement
Once you approve the plan, design and furniture, we will issue a Fixed Price Agreement that, once signed, guarantees the project be completed at a certain cost.
Ordering
Georgian will then place the order for your new furniture. We will provide you with frequent updates on the status of the shipment until we receive it.
Delivery and Staging
Delivery and Staging is the final, most rewarding step: your new furniture is brought inside your home—reimagining and transforming the interior as you always envisioned.
